Short version: the calculators run on your device, we count visits with our own small cookieless counter (no Google Analytics, no ad trackers), and we hold personal data only if you join the newsletter or send us a build request.

Who runs this site

micro-service.ai is operated by Shabloool, which is the controller of the personal data described on this page. For any privacy question or request, email service@shabloool.co.il.

The calculators

The calculators run entirely in your browser. The numbers you type are not sent to our server. They are kept in the page address (the part after the "?") so you can bookmark or share a scenario; our visit counter drops that part before it records anything.

The newsletter (optional)

If you subscribe to Price Watch we store your email address, the page you signed up on, and the time and status of your subscription (pending, confirmed or unsubscribed). We use it only to send the newsletter you asked for. We send one email to confirm your address first, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Legal basis (UK/EU GDPR): your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing.

Build requests (optional)

If you send a request on the build page we store your name, email address, the type of tool and your description, and email them to the site owner so we can reply. We use them only to discuss your request and delete them on request. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract.

Email provider

Emails, including the newsletter confirmation and build-request notifications, are sent through Brevo, an email service provider that processes addresses on our behalf and only to deliver our emails. Brevo may record whether an email was opened and whether a link in it was clicked.

Counting visits

To see which pages get read and where visitors come from, we count visits with our own small counter, which runs on our own server. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and involves no third parties: no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels.

For each page view your browser sends us the page address without the part after the "?" (except the campaign tags utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign, if present), the domain of the site you came from, and your browser's standard user-agent. We use the user-agent only to tell phones, tablets and desktops apart and to filter out bots; it is not stored.

We don't store your IP address. To count unique visitors per day we keep a one-way hash of your IP address, your browser and a random value that is replaced every day and then deleted, so a visit can't be linked to you, to another day or to our other sites. Visit records are deleted after about 13 months (400 days).

Cookies and server logs

We don't set cookies, and we don't use session recording. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page, browser, time) for security and troubleshooting. They are deleted after a short period.

Affiliate links

Some pages may in future contain affiliate links. If you click one, the provider may set its own cookies to credit the referral. Their privacy policy then applies. See the affiliate disclosure.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you by emailing service@shabloool.co.il. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
